Terms for Beetler Simple

What Beetler Simple is

Beetler Simple makes a single piece of work, a presentation, an interactive web page or an infographic, from your brief. You can see a complete, watermarked preview free of charge. If you choose to keep it, you pay once for that project.

The free first project

You create a free account with a verified email; no card is needed. Your first project is then made in full, free of charge, and kept in your account. Until it is paid for it carries a preview mark and cannot be published or presented from its link.

Paying for a project

Each project is bought once, at the price shown when you buy. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Payment is taken by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record; Paddle's terms apply to the payment. The price includes VAT where it applies. Once paid, the project is hosted at a link that remains yours; you may pause and resume the link.

Hosting

Paid projects are hosted by Beetler.ai. We aim to keep them available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. You may export your project's content at any time. If we ever stop hosting Simple projects, we will give at least 90 days' notice.

Refunds

Because you see the finished project in full before you pay, purchases are final once the project is published. If something is wrong with a paid project that you could not see in the preview, write to hello@beetler.ai within 14 days and we will put it right or refund it.

Your content and your media services

You own your brief, your tables and the words and structure produced for you. You are responsible for content you provide. Photos and video come from picture services you connect under your own account; their licences apply to you, and we show the makers' credits on your project as those services require. Beetler.ai does not supply stock media.

Fair use

The Acceptable Use Policy applies. We may remove a hosted project that breaks it.
