Privacy notes for Beetler Simple

Last updated 18 September 2026.

Draft for review. These notes add to the Beetler.ai Privacy Policy, which applies in full.

What we collect to make your project

Your brief, any tables you paste, and the choices you make in the Studio. These are kept with the project in your account, or with the free preview for 24 hours if you do not save it.

An account first

You need an account with a verified email to make a project. Accounts made through Beetler Simple are the same accounts as the Beetler builder, marked as having come from Simple. We keep a hashed IP address with each build for abuse control; it is not shared.

Your account

Your email is your account, shared with the Beetler app builder. Your brand kit, your colour themes and the keys of picture services you connect are stored against it. Service keys are encrypted at rest and never shown again.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle; we do not see or store your card details. We keep a record of what you bought so that your project stays yours.

How we measure

This site and the app send a small event to Beetler's own servers at each step (a page view, a build started, a project saved). We use no third-party analytics and no advertising trackers. Events hold a hashed device id and a hashed IP, not your name.

Where it runs

Beetler's servers are in the United Kingdom and the EU (AWS eu-west-2). Text you write is sent to the AI models we use to produce your project, under agreements that do not allow them to train on it.

Your choices

Delete any project from My Projects. Delete your account from My account. Write to hello@beetler.ai for a copy of what we hold.
